Ecoterior Inspiration

Qualified in interior design, decorating and soft furnishings, Corinne Young has over 20 years experience as a textile artist and decorator and is a member of the Society of Designer Craftsmen.

Between 2000 & 2003 Corinne studied textile design at Bradford College under the tutelage of Diane Bates and drew much of her undergraduate inspiration from nature. See below for some of Corinne's work.

In 2006 her extraordinary talent was recognized and rewarded when she was commissioned to make embroidered textile art works for the Lord of the Rings premieres in London and Toronto. Please see the gallery to view more examples of Corinne's commissioned work.

In 2007 Corinne returned to her first loves of textile art and interior design in harmony with nature and now creates textile art commissions and interior design solutions using reclaimed and recycled materials.
